Yes. Our business devices support secure boot, encrypted storage, certificate-based authentication, IPsec and secure release printing, so documents only appear once the right person is stood at the machine. Firmware is signed and updates can be managed centrally across the fleet, which keeps your endpoint estate consistent and audit-ready.
You do not have to, but we strongly recommend it. Genuine ink, toner, tapes and thermal labels are engineered with the device, which protects print quality, page yield and the printer itself. Every empty cartridge can be returned free of charge through our recycling scheme and many are remanufactured rather than discarded.
